Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 July 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to apps published by Epros Apps. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the data needed to provide app features.

Apps Covered by This Policy

This policy may apply to apps including, but not limited to:

Data Storage

Some app data may be stored locally on your device. Some features may also use Apple services such as iCloud or CloudKit to store and sync data across your devices.

When CloudKit or iCloud is used, your data is stored using Apple's iCloud systems and is linked to your Apple Account according to Apple's privacy practices.

CloudKit and iCloud

Apps that use CloudKit may store information such as saved links, game progress, poll content, poll responses, user settings, app data, or other user-created content.

This data is used only to provide app features, sync content, and allow the app to function correctly. We do not sell this data to third parties.

GameKit and Game Center

Online games may use Apple's GameKit and Game Center features for leaderboards, achievements, multiplayer, matchmaking, or player identity features.

Game Center information is handled by Apple. We may use GameKit data only to provide gameplay features.

MusicKit and Apple Music

Music discovery apps may use MusicKit to access Apple Music features, such as searching for music, displaying songs, artists or albums, and helping users discover music.

MusicKit access may require your permission. We do not sell your music activity data. Any Apple Music information is used only to provide music-related features inside the app.

WebKit and Browser Data

Browser apps may use WebKit to display websites. Websites you visit may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

Browser-related information such as bookmarks, history, tabs, downloads, or settings may be stored locally on your device, unless the app clearly states that syncing is enabled.

We do not sell your browsing history.

MapKit and Location

Some apps may use MapKit or location services to display maps, show nearby places, calculate distances, provide routes, show location-based content, or support workout and activity features.

Location data is used only for the features that require it. Unless clearly stated in a specific app, we do not upload your precise location to developer servers or sell your location data.

You can control location access at any time in the Settings app on your device.

Sign in with Apple

Some apps may offer Sign in with Apple. If you choose to sign in, Apple may provide the app with your name and email address, depending on what you choose to share.

This information is used only to create or manage your account and provide app features. If you use Apple's private email relay, we may only receive the relay email address provided by Apple.

Polls and Social Features

Polling or social apps may allow users to create polls, vote in polls, view shared poll results, create profiles, or interact with other users.

Content you create or submit in social features may be visible to other users depending on the app's design. Do not submit private or sensitive information in public polls, usernames, profiles, comments, or shared content.

Photos, Camera, and Microphone

Some apps may request access to your photos, camera, or microphone to allow features such as uploading images, scanning content, recording media, or adding profile pictures.

These permissions are used only when needed for the related feature. You can manage these permissions in the Settings app.

Notifications

Some apps may request permission to send notifications, such as reminders, game updates, poll updates, alerts, or other app-related messages.

You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Health, Fitness, and Motion Data

Fitness or activity apps may request access to Apple Health, HealthKit, Motion & Fitness, or related device sensors to provide workout tracking, activity measurement, heart rate features, movement tracking, or progress information.

Health and fitness data is used only to provide app functionality. We do not sell HealthKit data or use it for advertising.

Weather Data

Some apps may use WeatherKit or other weather services to display weather information such as temperature, conditions, wind, or precipitation.

If Apple Weather data is used, the app will display required Apple Weather attribution where appropriate.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

Some apps may use analytics or crash reporting tools to help understand app performance, fix bugs, and improve features.

If analytics or crash reporting is used, data may include device type, app version, crash logs, performance information, or general usage information. This data is used to improve the app and is not sold.

Advertising

Some apps may display ads. If ads are used, advertising partners may process information needed to show, measure, or limit ads.

Apps that use tracking for advertising will request permission where required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules.

Artificial Intelligence Features

Some apps may include artificial intelligence features, such as text generation, recommendations, search assistance, summaries, or smart tools.

If an app sends user input to an external AI service, this will be explained in that app or in this policy. Do not enter private or sensitive information into AI features unless the app clearly states how that data is handled.

Device and App Information

Some apps may process basic device or app information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, and settings. This may be used to make the app work correctly, improve compatibility, or troubleshoot issues.

Third-Party Services

Our apps may use Apple frameworks and services such as CloudKit, GameKit, MusicKit, StoreKit, WebKit, MapKit, WeatherKit, Sign in with Apple, HealthKit, and iCloud.

If an app uses additional third-party services in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated to explain how those services are used.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising unless this is clearly disclosed and permission is requested where required.

Data may be shared only when required to provide app features, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, protect users, process purchases, or operate services used by the app.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

User Control

You can manage app permissions in the Settings app on your device.

You can delete app data by deleting the app from your device. If an app uses iCloud or CloudKit, some synced data may also need to be managed through iCloud settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when apps are updated, new features are added, or legal requirements change.
